The Real Football Factories is a TV Show from Britain that documents hooligans from England and around the world. In this episode, the host of Real Football Factories takes a trip to brazil to enjoy some Brazilian Derby’s. He experiences first hand, Soccer Hooligans (Football Hooligans) from Brazil and their extreme violence.
Some History Regarding Brazilian Soccer Hooligans:
Brazil has had trouble with hooligans, gangs or how they call them in Brazil “Torcidas Organizadas” (Organized Fan Clubs). The violence has become so bad that “some” city and state legislators have prohibited the sale of alcohol in and around stadiums to try and subdue the violence. Recently, alcohol sales at Brazilian stadiums has received worldwide attention due to World Cup 2014 regulatory rules. FIFA and CBF (Brazilian Soccer Federation) couldn’t come to terms over the approval of alcohol sales during World Cup Brazil 2014. State and city legislators in Brazil had a hard time agreeing to let alcohol sales occur.
Roberto Avey is an ex-soccer player from Brazil. Club, Associação Atlética Ponte Preta in Campinas, São Paulo, Brazil, 1995-1998 under coach, Francisco da Silva Júnior “Chiquinho."
